Supervision
Supervision is a space for new and experienced counsellors to reflect on their own therapeutic practice, explore professional goals and find new and creative ways to enhance the quality of your work with clients. I offer supervision online or in-person.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or an emerging counsellor who is looking for support in those early years when you are still building confidence and professional identity, my supervision is grounded in a relational, developmental and process-oriented approach to tailor to your needs, level of experience and preferred modalities.

Supervision is an opportunity for us to discuss challenging cases and issues such as workload, burnout and self-care, so you can remain well-resourced and connected to the meaningful work that you do and aligned with industry standards. While supervision supports you in the theories and modalities you already use, new ways of working can be offered to grow your intervention ‘toolkit’.

An initial session provides an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss supervision expectations and goals and see if we are a good fit. If we decide to proceed, a supervision contract will be drafted and agreed upon that outlines how we work together.
